Package Prices The cost of your travel package includes all services listed under the "includes" section of the trip details on our website. Our package prices are calculated based on several factors including land costs, average airfares, and current exchange rates.

• Price Adjustments: While we strive to maintain stable pricing, rates may be subject to adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances such as significant currency fluctuations, changes in local taxes, or spikes in fuel prices.
• Notification of Changes: Should any price adjustments be necessary, we will inform you at the earliest possible time and provide detailed explanations for the changes.

Booking and Payments Securing your booking with Nepal Yetiraj Treks involves several key steps:

In order to proceed with the reservations of the services, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The bank charges for the transaction are the responsibility of the customer.

The remaining balance can be paid on site upon arrival in euros or dollars.

In the case of a group of friends or family, Nepal Yetiraj Treks advises to make a single transfer for the whole group in order to limit the bank charges which are the responsibility of the client.

To make an international transfer in Nepal, you need to go to the bank and request to make an international transfer with the SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication System) system by filling out a special form.

Last-Minute Bookings We understand that sometimes last-minute travel decisions are made:

• Booking Conditions: For tours in Nepal, we can accept bookings made up to 24 hours before the departure date, provided full payment is made immediately.
• Exceptions: Please note that due to the regulatory and logistical complexities, we cannot accommodate last-minute bookings for tours to Tibet and Bhutan.

Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation fees are applied based on the number of days before departure we receive your notice:

• 30 days or more: 5% of the total tour cost.
• 15 to 29 days: 40% of the total tour cost.
• 7 to 14 days: 75% of the total tour cost.
• Less than 7 days: 100% of the total tour cost.
• Refunds: No refunds will be given for partially used services or unused portions of the tour.

Itinerary Changes Changes to your confirmed itinerary may incur additional costs:

• Notification Requirement: Any changes must be requested in writing at least 15 days before your departure date. A fee of 20% of the total tour cost will be charged to facilitate these changes.
• Late Changes: Changes requested 15 days or fewer before departure will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, with applicable cancellation fees.

Travel Insurance To protect your travel investment:

• Requirement: All clients must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, accidents, trip cancellations, and loss of personal belongings.
• Proof of Insurance: A copy of your insurance policy must be submitted to us before the tour begins.

Health and Fitness Requirements Participants should be in good physical health to engage in our tours:

• Disclosure of Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any existing medical conditions or disabilities that might affect your ability to participate in the tour.
• Remote Areas: Some tours may visit remote areas where medical facilities are limited or non-existent, highlighting the need for comprehensive medical insurance.

Tour Leader Authority Respect for the decisions of our tour leaders is essential for the safety and enjoyment of our tours:

• Accepting Decisions: By signing our booking form, you agree to accept the decisions made by the tour leader regarding trip safety and logistics.
• Consequences of Non-Compliance: If a tour leader deems a participant unfit to continue, they may be asked to leave the tour with no entitlement to a refund.

Jurisdiction These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal:
